Pascal has been working as an Investment Manager in the venture capital team at NRW.BANK since 2017 and oversees investments in the digital business and technology fields. Pascal is also part of the investment team at Gründerfonds Ruhr.

Before joining the venture capital team at NRW.BANK, Pascal held various positions in the start-up scene. He worked for the Munich incubator, Venture Stars, where he supported the start-up, MIFLORA in business development and operational capacities.

Pascal holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurial Finance & Management from Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf.
